The MINT+ Team recently made updates to the MINT+ platform. These will be available on Wednesday, September 11, 2024.
New Features and Enhancements
Review each product change highlighted below.
New Features
Booking auto-notifications
MINT+ now features booking auto-notifications. MINT+ administrators will now receive alerts in two scenarios: when a new booking is made for a future meeting your organization has booked and when a new pickup room flow is added to a future meeting your organization has scheduled.
To ensure user control, you can easily turn off these notifications by navigating to 'My Profile' and editing your preferences.
"Record in CRM" visual and link
When records from your CRM are linked and made available to MINT+, they will now display a "Record in CRM" icon.
If you are a Simpleview CRM customer, clicking the link will take you to the record in your Simpleview CRM.
Only your destination can see your CRM links. Any record not made available to MINT+ will not have the indication, even if the record exists in the CRM and MINT+.
STR data fields visible on occurrences
STR reports are valuable for comparing a destination’s performance to competitors, understanding market trends, and making strategic pricing decisions. We have imported STR data into MINT+ for the first time, which provides insight into a destination's potential revenue for bookings. Every occurrence in MINT+ will now display STR Average Daily Rates (ADR) for the month and year, along with the occurrence’s STR hospitality submarket. Note that we only pull from the hospitality market and submarket data sets.
CBIS Profiles - CBIS occurrence data can now appear on profiles
We've added a separate section for CBIS meeting profiles to enhance visibility beyond MINT+. CBIS profiles will initially remain separate from MINT+ but will be merged gradually. It is important to note that CBIS occurrences are static, with no additional data for deeper inspection, and due to contractual limitations, it's not currently possible to automatically import this data into CRMs. This feature is in Beta, and we welcome and encourage feedback.
"Check All' option on Key Classifications
We've added a "check all" button for key classifications in the Query Builder. This makes it easier to search for all key classifications at once rather than having to select them individually.
