New Features and Enhancements
Review each product change highlighted below:
Updated Contact and Contact Relationship Records
MINT+ now offers more insights into contact records and their relationship to their connected meetings. When data is available, users can see the most recent booking year a contact worked with a meeting. Additionally, MINT+ incorporates more third-party meeting planner contacts and accounts for meetings in general.
See below for examples of where you can find this new data. Note that not all records will contain this new data.
Organization Record: Contacts Table
When looking at the Contacts grid on an organization record, there is a new Most Recent Booking column, which indicates the most recent year an organization's contact worked with a meeting.
Meeting Profile: Contacts Table
A similar column on the Meeting Profile page indicates the most recent year a contact worked with a specific meeting.
Third-party contacts will also be easier to spot. If a contact was imported as a third party, their organization will be linked underneath the contact’s title. Additionally, this contact's role will automatically be marked as a Third-Party Planner.
Contact Record
When looking at a specific contact record, you will see the most recent booking year related to them for any matched meeting where the data is available.
Query Builder Export Changes
Recent updates to the Query Builder export now utilize this new data. Based on the booking year, each occurrence will have information on the most recent contact and/or third-party contact who worked with that meeting.
Updates to the Zip Code Radius feature in Query Builder
You can now simultaneously use the location search and zip code radius tool.
For example, you can run a query based on organizations in Tucson, AZ, and organizations within 15 miles of 90210 or 77001.
