Meetings Overview

Meetings in MINT+ are recurring and rotating events, like annual conventions or tradeshows. Each instance of the Meeting is referred to as an ‘Occurrence’. 

Meetings within the MINT+ platform are associated with the Organization that plans them. 

Examples of Meetings include “Dissertation Writers Retreat” and “Young Farmers Conference”. 

Examples of a specific Occurrence on a Meeting include instances such as the “2021 Dissertation Writers Retreat” and “Spring 2024 Young Farmers Conference”.

From the Meetings section of a search result, all users can complete the following actions: 

  • To view a Meeting record, click on the Meeting’s hyperlinked name. This will take you to the Meeting Profile Detail Page
  • Click a column title to sort the records by category
  • Click the Star Star Icon.png Icon next to a record to flag it as a favorite

Organization: The Organization associated with the Meeting. Click the Organization’s name to be directed to its Details Page. 

Click Here to View Post Event Report: Click this link to view the event’s past occurrences in a printable format. You also have an option to email the page to your hotel partners, team members, etc. Details include Meeting Planner information, Meeting Date and Location, Hotel, Facility and Exhibit Information, Attendance and Peak Rooms and Room Flow for the last five years of meetings. 

MINT+ Meetings Panel: If the data is available, this section displays the range of Attendance and Peak Rooms (Contracted), # of Exhibit Hall Days, Average Booking Window, Most Recent Booking Window, Average Length of Stay. This area also details the ‘Created By’ and ‘Last Updated’ information. In addition, you can access the record’s change log via the ‘View Change Log’ button. 

Main Arrival Days: This value is a list of all the Main Arrival Days of the week for this profile for occurrences with room blocks within the past five (5) years plus all Futures.

 If applicable, green checkmarks are next to the day(s) people have arrived for this Meeting in the past. 

Meetings Months: The months of the year are listed here. A green checkmark appears next to the month(s) in which this Meeting has occurred historically. 

US Locations: The following regions in the United States are listed here: Midwest, Northeast, South and West. If applicable, a green checkmark will appear next to the location(s) in which this Meeting has historically occurred. A ‘State(s) / Prov’ field also displays the Meeting states where it has been booked. 

International Locations: If applicable, this section will display a list of countries where the meeting has occurred, excluding the United States.

Custom Regions: If a meeting has met in one of your DMO admin-defined custom regions, you can see that indication here. Custom Regions are DMO-specific.
