Contacts are the people associated with Organizations or Meetings in MINT+. Examples may include Meeting Planners or Organization Presidents.

From the Contacts section of a search result, all users can complete the following actions:
- To view a Contact record, click on the Contact’s hyperlinked name. This will take you to the Contact Profile Detail Page
- Click a column title to sort the records by category

Organization: The First Organization associated with the Contact is listed at the top. The Organization section below also lists any other organization the this contact’s record has been associated with. Contacts are considered to be the same person if they have the same email address.
Contact Information: This contains the Contact’s details, including their title, email address, physical address, phone and fax numbers and full name as reported from the DMO contributing CRM. (Note: If you have data privacy concerns for any contacts in your CRM, please reach out to the MINT+ Support team at support@mintplus.org for info on how to protect that data from coming in to MINT+)
Contact History: Here, you can see the ‘Created By’, ‘Last Updated’ and ‘Views’ information. You can also access the change log via the ‘View Change Log’ button.
Meetings: This section lists all the Meetings that are associated with this contact in some capacity as well as some general information on those meetings.
